Gift Cards & Game Top-Ups

Delivery usually takes a few minutes after payment is confirmed. Provider delays can take longer. If delivery is taking longer than expected, select Contact support on your order tracking page.

Gift card codes are sent by email. Qualifying orders also receive WhatsApp notifications. Top-ups are credited to the game account details you provide.

Please verify all required order details before payment. Digital products successfully delivered using incorrect customer-provided information may not be refundable.

Some top-up orders may require additional information or screenshots to verify account details, product eligibility, or availability. If requested, please provide the required information so we can investigate the order properly. We may be unable to retry or complete the order until the requested verification is provided.

Refund eligibility depends on the final order status and circumstances of the transaction. Orders that have already been successfully delivered are generally not refundable. Orders that fail or cannot be completed may be eligible for a refund after verification. Some cases may require additional information or screenshots before a resolution can be provided.

Some refund requests require verification and may take 24–48 hours to investigate. Once a refund is approved and processed, the time for the funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank, wallet, or payment provider.
